Welcome to MacDonald Kilts

My name is Ada Langley. I was born in Glasgow, Scotland and it was there that I trained in the art of Kilt making. I met my husband when I came to the United States and, for the past ten years, we have traveled the country to various Highland Games and Celtic festivals. I have been making kilts for 30 years and am proud to say that I take equal care in making an individual kilt or multiple kilts for pipebands.

I am the kiltmaker for the following bands:

Hamilton County Sheriff's Pipe Band (OH)
    New York Pipes & Drums
    Chicago Pipe Band
    Piqua Sheriff's Dept. (OH)
    Alma College (MI)
    St. Andrews Society, Milwaukee

These are just a few of the pipebands that I have made kilts for. Just as important are the hundreds of individual customers who wear my kilts. We are proud to say that all our tartan cloth comes from Scotland, and our accessories are either from Scotland or Canada. we have a turn-around time of 6-8 weeks from order to delivery of kilts. The only exceptions are for special orders or weaves. At the moment we have some material and kilts in stock. Anything ordered from stock can be sent out within two days. Orders placed now could arrive by Christmas. Please email me or call 937.318.8191 for more information.
